These terms apply to the private All The Time Nursery Rhymes publishing app.

Purpose

The app is an internal production tool used by the channel owner to automate authorised YouTube publishing tasks. It is not offered as a public software service.

Authorised use

The app may only be used by the channel owner or persons expressly authorised by the owner. Use must comply with applicable Google and YouTube terms, policies and API requirements.

Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services including Google, YouTube and GitHub. Their separate terms and policies apply to use of those services.

No warranty

The app is provided for internal production use on an as-is basis. Availability may depend on third-party APIs, authentication services and automation platforms.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the publishing workflow changes. The current version will remain available on this website.
